Refund policy
At Wildpoint Drinks, we strive to ensure every customer is delighted with their purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding refunds and returns.
1. Change of Mind / Product Satisfaction
We understand that preferences can vary, or you may change your mind after receiving your order.
• Eligibility: If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the taste or quality of the product (provided it is not damaged), you may be eligible for a refund.
• Timeframe: You must notify us and initiate the return shipment within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Return: The product must be returned to us at a minimum of 90% unused and in their original, unopened packaging (i.e., in the original, sealed 4-packs/carton). We cannot accept returns for individual cans that have been opened or partially consumed.
• Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they meet the required condition, we will process a refund for the cost of the product only.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipping. Change of mind return shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Damaged or faulty Goods
We take great care in packaging our products, but occasionally, damage can occur during transit.
• Eligibility: If your order arrives damaged (e.g., dented or leaking cans), you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
• Required Action & Notification:
• You must notify Wildpoint Drinks immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) by contacting us with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the exterior packaging.
• Crucially, you must also notify the shipping/delivery company that handled your package, as damage during transit is necessary for them to process their claim.
• Refund Process: Upon confirmation of the damage and successful notification to both parties, we will process a full refund, including the original shipping costs, or send a replacement order at no extra charge to you. We may ask you to hold onto the damaged items for a short period while the shipping claim is processed.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Claim
To start a return or claim, please email us at wildpointdrinks@gmail.com with the following information:
1. Your Order Number.
2. Reason for the return (e.g., "Change of Mind," "Damaged Goods").
3. For damaged goods, include photos of the damage and confirmation you have notified the shipping carrier.

NOTE: When posting a return package please include a sheet of paper with your name, address and order number.
